Coconut Pineapple Sherbet

A light and delightful dessert!


INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites
1/3 cup sugar
1-13.5 oz can Andre Prost Coconut Milk (found in the baking section)
3/4 cup crushed pineapple in juice
1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
In a mixer, beat egg whites and sugar until thick and sugar is dissolved.
Step 2
Add Andre Prost Coconut Milk, crushed pineapple and flaked coconut. Mix well.
Step 3
Fit the blade into the freezer cylinder and pour mixture in.
Step 4
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the ice cream machine.
