Spicy Ginger Dressing

Fresh ginger and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce give this Thai dressing an extra kick. It’s especially good on green salads and broccoli slaw.

YIELD
1 1/2 cups
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Andre Prost Coconut Milk (found in the baking section), divided
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
2 tablespoons Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce or hot sauce of choice
1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Add 1/2 cup Coconut Milk, oil, ginger and Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add remaining 1/2 cup coconut milk and salt. Blend until mixed.
Step 3
Pour mixture into saucepan and bring to a boil over a medium-high heat.
Step 4
Stirring, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes. Chill and serve.
