|1.||Toast coconut flakes in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring until golden. Transfer to plate to cool.|
|2.||Mix Coconut Milk, sugar, coconut flakes and extracts until sugar is dissolved.|
|3.||Pour coconut mixture into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions.|
|4.||Thaw 15 minutes before serving. Serve with coconut syrup and seasonal fruit if desired.|
