|1.||In a medium saucepan, mix Coconut Milk with sugar. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.|
|2.||Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently until reduced to 1 1/2 cups of syrup (about 10 to 15 minutes).|
|3.||Cool to lukewarm and serve, or refrigerate for later. Coconut syrup will keep in refrigerator for one week.|
