|1.||Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or spray a 9 X 13 inch baking pan.|
|2.||Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add cookie crumbs and 1/2 cup of coconut flakes. Mix well and spread into prepared pan. Using the bottom of a measuring cup, press crumb mixture evenly and firmly into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes and remove from oven.|
|3.||Immediately spread sweetened condensed coconut milk over crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup coconut flakes, chocolate chips, marshmallows and walnuts.|
|4.||Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack, then refrigerate.|
For uniform bars, cut cold bars with hot knife, which has been dipped in hot water and wiped off.
