
Nothing better on a cold winter’s day. We like to use a hard lactose-free cheddar for this recipe.

- One 9"x13" baking dish
Directions
- Preheat 375°.
- Grease a 9x13" baking dish.
- Alternate layers of the cooked pasta and grated cheese, ending with cheese.
- Grind black pepper over top.
- Pour Evaporated Coconut Milk evenly over top.
- Sprinkle on bread crumbs.
- Cover with foil, and bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Uncover and bake 10 minutes more or until lightly browned.
