Chocolate Fudge

Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
  • 1 – 11.6 oz can Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
  • 1 – 10 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 & ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Our favorite fudge recipe! Easy and fast. We like it with pecans, but walnuts are great too!
  • 15 minutes to assemble
  • 2 hours to chill
  • 1 – 8"x8" baking pan
  1. Line baking pan with foil.
  2. Over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed coconut milk and chocolate chips, stirring until melted. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the chopped pecans and vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture into foil lined pan.
  5. Refrigerate uncovered at least two hours or overnight.
