Apple Crisp
  • 2½ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup dairy-free butter, melted
  • 6 chopped apples
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 (11.6 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
This dessert is super easy and dairy-free, with soft apples and a crunchy topping.
  • Prep time: 15 minutes
  • Cook time: 45 minutes
  • 15 servings
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13inch pan.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, mix oats, flour, salt, cinnamon, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Peel apples if desired and chop into cubes. Toss with lemon juice and place in the greased pan.
  4. Sprinkle the oat topping over the apples then pour the Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk evenly across the top.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the apples are soft.
  6. Enjoy with dairy-free ice cream or on its own!
