Crock Pot Peanut Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1-13.5 oz can Andre Prost Coconut Milk (found in the baking section)
  • 1-3.5 oz box of Peanut Sauce Mix, both inner envelopes
  • 1-16 oz frozen package of large meatballs (16 count)
  • Optional: Lime wedges and chopped cilantro

This recipe is as easy as one, two, three … because it only has 3 ingredients and takes 3 minutes to assemble. No one can believe something this easy can taste so good!

Time

  • 3 minutes to assemble
  • 2.5 hours to cook on high

Yield

  • 2-4 Servings

Directions

  1. Add Coconut Milk and Peanut Sauce Mix (both inner envelopes) to crock pot and mix well. Add meatballs to coconut mixture and toss to coat.
  2. Cook on high for 2.5 hours or until sauce thickens. Serve with favorite spaghetti or rice. Garnish with lime and cilantro if desired.
