Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13inch pan.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix oats, flour, salt, cinnamon, and melted butter until combined.
- Peel apples if desired and chop into cubes. Toss with lemon juice and place in the greased pan.
- Sprinkle the oat topping over the apples then pour the Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk evenly across the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the apples are soft.
- Enjoy with dairy-free ice cream or on its own!
