Dairy-Free Key Lime Pie


  • 1 can Andre Prost Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice
  • 4 extra-large eggs
  • 3 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 1 graham cracker crust (find in baking aisle)
  • 1½ cups non-dairy whipped topping

One of our most popular recipes. It’s best to make this a day ahead to make sure it is thoroughly chilled.


  • 30 minutes to prepare, plus minimum 5 hours to chill


  • 8 servings


  1. In a small saucepan combine the Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk, lime juice and eggs and cornstarch.. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Add vegan butter, and cook over low heat, whisking continuously until first bubble appears on surface, and mixture is thick enough to hold marks from the whisk, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust. Cover with plastic and refrigerate at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Serve with whipped topping.
