Directions
- Add Jasmine Rice, Coconut Milk, raisins, sugar, and salt to a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, stirring until combined. Cook about 3 minutes.
- Beat egg with one-tablespoon water. Stirring constantly, slowly add in a thin stream to rice mixture. Stirring, cook for 2-3 minutes and add extract. Mix well and pour into dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve warm or cold.
