Blueberry Coconut Ice Pops

  • 1-13.5 oz can Andre Prost Coconut Milk
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries, washed and stemmed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Fresh or frozen blueberries work equally well in these kid friendly ice pops. They are delicious and nutritious.
  • 8 minutes to assemble
  • 5 hours or overnight to freeze
  • 7 (3 oz) ice pops
  1. Add Coconut Milk, blueberries and sugar to blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ice pop holders and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze 5 hours or overnight.
