Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk melted chocolate with the Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk until well combined.
- In a separate large bowl, whip the cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold ⅓ of the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture with a spatula to thin it out.
- Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the rest of the whipped cream with a spatula.
- Pipe or spoon into 12 ramekins or cups and enjoy! Keep in the refrigerator if not served immediately.
