Easy Coconut Ice Cream
  • 1 (11.6 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
  • 12 oz whipped topping
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
This soft serve ice cream could not be easier. Light, sweet, with a hint of coconut.
  • 5 minutes to prepare
  • Freeze overnight
  • 12 scoops
  1. In a large bowl, gently fold Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk, whipped topping, and heavy cream together with a spatula. Be mindful to not deflate the whipped topping.
  2. Pour into an airtight container, seal, and freeze overnight.
  3. Scoop and serve immediately. It will be soft.
