Find Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk at Walmart, Food Lion and other stores
Ingredients
- 1 (11.6 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- 12 oz whipped topping
- ¾ cup heavy cream
This soft serve ice cream could not be easier. Light, sweet, with a hint of coconut.
Time
- 5 minutes to prepare
- Freeze overnight
Yield
- 12 scoops
Directions
- In a large bowl, gently fold Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk, whipped topping, and heavy cream together with a spatula. Be mindful to not deflate the whipped topping.
- Pour into an airtight container, seal, and freeze overnight.
- Scoop and serve immediately. It will be soft.
