This makes enough marinade for 4 pounds (1800g) of chicken, pork or shrimp. For maximum flavor, marinate the meat in the morning and grill or bake that night.

Directions
- In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together until well mixed.
- Pour over chicken, pork or shrimp, turning to coat on all sides. Marinate 2 hours or more.
- Grill or bake.
