Ingredients

  • 2-13.5 oz cans Andre Prost Coconut Milk, not Lite (found in the baking aisle)
  • Hot chocolate mix of choice
  • Optional: mini marshmallows

We substituted Andre Prost Coconut Milk in place of cow’s milk for an extra rich and dairy-free hot cocoa. It’s decadently delicious!

  1. Heat Coconut Milk in a small sauce pan. Add amount of hot cocoa mix according to instructions on envelope or box. Stir until steaming but do not boil. Serve with mini marshmallows, if desired.
