Directions
- Add apples and lemon juice to large bowl. Mix well so apples are covered with lemon juice, this prevents browning. Add Lite Coconut Milk, yogurt, muesli, coconut flakes, raisins, cinnamon, sweetener of choice and salt. Stir until combined. Adjust flavor with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, if more sweetness is desired.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.* Serve with seasonal fruit and extra walnuts or almonds. Keeps for 5 days.
