Coconut Milk and Peanut Sauce Mix combined with lemon make an outstanding sweet-tart marinade.

Directions
- In a bowl, whisk Coconut Milk, Peanut Sauce Mix (both inner envelopes) basil, brown sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind, ginger and garlic until well mixed.
- Pour over meat, chicken or shrimp, turning to coat on all sides. Marinate at least 2 hours.
- Grill or bake.
- Boil leftover marinade for 5 minutes and use as a dipping sauce.
