Coconut Pineapple Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1-13.5 oz can Andre Prost Coconut Milk (found in the baking section)
  • 3/4 cup crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut

A light and delightful dessert!

Directions

  1. In a mixer, beat egg whites and sugar until thick and sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add Coconut Milk, crushed pineapple and flaked coconut. Mix well.
  3. Fit the blade into the freezer cylinder and pour mixture in.
  4. Follow the manufacturers's instructions for the ice cream machine.
  5. In a mixer, beat egg whites and sugar until thick and sugar is dissolved.
  6. Add Andre Prost Coconut Milk, crushed pineapple and flaked coconut. Mix well.
  7. Fit the blade into the freezer cylinder and pour mixture in.
  8. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the ice cream machine.
