Coconut Syrup

  • 1 – 13.5 oz can of Andre Prost Coconut Milk (found in the baking section)
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar, firmly packed
The perfect match for our sticky rice or banana pancakes.
  • 15 minutes
  • 1 1/2 cups
  1. In a medium saucepan, mix Coconut Milk with sugar. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently until reduced to 1 1/2 cups of syrup (about 10 to 15 minutes).
  3. Cool to lukewarm and serve, or refrigerate for later. Coconut syrup will keep in refrigerator for one week.
