Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 1-13.5 oz can chilled* Andre Prost Coconut Milk (found in the baking section)
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  • *Chill can of Coconut Milk (upside down) in refrigerator overnight, so coconut solids and water will separate.
You’ll find Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk at Walmart

Serve a dollop of this creamy dip on pie or use as a dipping sauce for fruit.

Time

  • 5 minutes to assemble

Yield

  • 2 cups or 16 -2 tablespoon servings

Directions

  1. Remove can of Coconut Milk from refrigerator and carefully remove top from can (so ingredients stay separated). Pour off coconut milk water and scoop coconut milk solids into a small bowl.
  2. Add cool whip, sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate, if not using right away.
