Serve a dollop of this creamy dip on pie or use as a dipping sauce for fruit.
- 5 minutes to assemble
- 2 cups or 16 -2 tablespoon servings
- Remove can of Coconut Milk from refrigerator and carefully remove top from can (so ingredients stay separated). Pour off coconut milk water and scoop coconut milk solids into a small bowl.
- Add cool whip, sugar and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate, if not using right away.
