Fruity Coconut Gelatin

Ingredients

1-13.5 oz can Andre Prost Coconut Milk (found in the baking aisle)
1-6 oz package fruit flavored gelatin

Choose your favorite shape, flavor and color for any occasion. The combinations are endless! Andre Prost Coconut Milk and fruit flavored gelatin make a fun, simple and perfectly delicious dessert.

Bring the Coconut Milk to a full boil.
Meanwhile, pour gelatin into a medium bowl. Pour hot Coconut Milk over the gelatin and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour into an 8 X 8 inch pan and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into shapes and enjoy.
