Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, molasses, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Whisk in the Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk until well combined.
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt into the wet ingredients. Whisk until just combined.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20-30 minutes. Let cool before dusting with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
