Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 can (11.6 oz) Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • Black or regular sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine cooked rice, Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk, and salt in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until bubbling.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
  3. Slice mango as desired.
  4. Plate rice and mango, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
