Fudgy, sweet, salty, and dairy-free! What more could you want in a brownie? This recipe also works beautifully with regular butter.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8in pan with parchment and grease.
- Melt butter and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Take off heat and stir in Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk and 1 cup chopped chocolate. Stir until combined and chocolate has melted.
- Transfer mixture to a large bowl.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time.
- Whisk in vanilla.
- Sift cocoa powder, all purpose flour, and salt into the bowl. Stir with a spatula until combined. Fold in the remaining ⅓ cup chopped chocolate.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Sprinkle salt on top 30 minutes into baking.
- Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.
- Remove from the pan, slice and enjoy!
